- 2 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts,
- 4 slices of thin deli ham,
- 2 slices of low fat Swiss cheese or your favorite cheese as long as it is low fat,

- crumbled shredded wheat for rolling.
Bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
